WHERE IS PARK PLACE LOCATED?

Our community is located just a quick 5-minute stroll from the vibrant University of North Texas campus! Prefer a ride? We are on the UNT shuttle route, with a stop right here on-site to make your life even easier! 

We’re also located right near Fry St. and less than a mile from Denton Square for convenient access to all the amazing restaurants and shops it has to offer!

Yes! Each apartment is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for student life, including a 55” smart TV in every common area!

Take in the views while you relax in our rooftop pool or unwind in the spa. Fire up the grills for a cookout with friends or enjoy a sunny day on the deck. Looking to stay active? Head to our outdoor basketball court, volleyball court, or fitness area for a fun workout in the fresh air. 

Lounge 
Unwind with a cup of coffee, play board games, challenge your friends to pool or collaborate with classmates in our study rooms! Our lounge is even equipped with a music room! 

Study Rooms 
Need a quiet space to focus? We have multiple dedicated study rooms designed to help you stay productive. 

Movie Theater 
Catch your favorite films or host a movie night in our private theater space. 

Computer Lab 

Get work done efficiently with access to computers and a community printer. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY INSTALLMENT?

Aside from your furnished apartment, your monthly installment includes high-speed internet, and an in-unit washer and dryer! 

WHAT TYPES OF LEASES ARE AVAILABLE?

Park Place offers 12-month installment leases. 

HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

We offer the following security deposit/security deposit alternative(s): 
 
​​​If you add a guarantor to your lease who meets all criteria, then you will not have to pay a security deposit. 
 
If you are able to meet the requirements to self-qualify, you will pay a reduced refundable security deposit. If you do not want to pay the security deposit in one single payment, you can pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments. 
 
If you neither add a qualified guarantor, nor self-qualify, you will have to pay a refundable security deposit equal in value to 2x your monthly base rent. We also offer the option to pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments. 
 
Your security deposit payment or enrollment in the security deposit alternative (if applicable) should be received by the 1st day of the month your lease starts. 

Is renters insurance required?

​Yes. All residents at Park Place are required to have renters insurance. Liability Insurance is required. Personal Property Insurance is highly recommended. Please reach out to our leasing staff for more information on renters insurance.

What is the parking fee?

It is $50 monthly and is on a first-come/first-serve basis. 

IS THERE GUEST PARKING?

Park Place offers guest parking in the parking garage. You must follow the signage to ensure guest vehicles are registered or else they are at risk of being towed.
